Job Description:
Messaging/MS Teams Engineer
Location: Texas (Travel Required)
Role Overview:We are seeking a MS Teams Messaging Support Specialist to assist in user migrations, cutovers and post-cutover. The role involves traveling to various sites across Texas, with a 2 day event at each site
- Familiarity with MS Teams voice.
- Basic user and device configuration.
- Voice routing policy and dial plan configuration.
- Basic Auto Attendant and Call Queue configuration
- Basic understanding of PowerShell (able to run provided PowerShell scripts)
- Basic troubleshooting
