Full Job Description
PAY RANGE: $22/hr - $23/hr
- Help new Medicare members understand their health plans and benefits.
- Guide members through the onboarding process, answer their questions, and address any issues.
- Participate in training about member benefits.
Must Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.
- Basic understanding of managed healthcare and Medicare.
- 4 years in customer service and healthcare.
Language (Anyone):
- Spanish OR Vietnamese OR Chinese OR Korean
