As a Manufacturing Technician, you are responsible for the preparation, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and completion of corresponding documentation of drug products compliantly to the companies policies and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for cleaning and supporting maintenance of the equipment and areas where these activities occur.
When will you work?

The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
What you’ll do:
- Operate formulation, filling, inspection, and final packaging equipment.
- Perform and support all activities within a clean room environment.
- Follow policies, SOPs, product batch record instructions, and corresponding quality documentation in detail.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation following cGMP principles.
- Perform manual inspection of empty and filled product containers with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ensure proper accountability and traceability of components, ingredients, and finished products.
- Report and make recommendations regarding equipment, facilities, supplies, required repairs, process concerns, safety concerns, and areas for improvement in safety, quality, delivery, yield, and efficiency.
- Recognize inappropriate directions and/or equipment operation and notify management accordingly.
- Utilize and handle appropriate supplies and raw materials for compliant manufacturing.
- Support equipment calibration, equipment/utility validation, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform appropriate gowning and execution of duties within a cleanroom.
- Clean and disinfect clean rooms, equipment, and supplies in support of routine production. Execute production recipes, check-in equipment, and perform material movements using automated computer software applications.
- Adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures and proactively identify unsafe conditions.
Who you are:
- Experienced in a manufacturing or healthcare industry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time when required
- Detail oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- High School Diploma/Equivalent or 2 years work experience
