    • Monitor the investment universe to identify potential new investment opportunities that will directly impact portfolio recommendations and client investment returns.
  • Contribute to team discussions and asset class initiatives.
  • Fulfill ad hoc research requests from FAMS investment teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Required 5+ years of relevant manager research experience. Desired experience in liquid and illiquid alternative strategies in addition to domestic and international equity funds.
  • Undergraduate degree with progress towards or completion of CFA and/or CAIA program, and/or a Master's degree is preferred
  • Ability to comfortably engage in in-depth conversations with portfolio managers, clients, and consultants
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and derive insights from large sets of data
  • Capability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously with superior organizational skills

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call "Dynamic Working".
