Your Role:
- Address resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
- Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Assist with grounds/landscaping and snow removal duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties in the Mechanicsburg area (eligible for an on-call bonus).
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

- Prior residential maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
