The utility area maintenance IV mechanic Conagra Foods is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the following Utilities Systems: Refrigeration, Steam, Air, Water, and Loss Prevention. Mechanics within this department are the responsible for the operation, maintenance and record keeping for each piece of equipment that makes up the above listed Utilities Systems.You will report up to the Maintenance Supervisor on shift at our Russellville, AR plant.
Utilities personnel must understand and agree that safety is the most important expectation of employment. All work performed by you will follow OSHA, EPA and plantsafety regulations. You will be #LI-Onsite.
You Will:
You will read and use piping and instruments Diagrams and Electrical Schematics for trouble shooting.
You will use precision measuring instruments for setup and fine-tuning purposes.
You will participate in the PSM.
You will pump down the main refrigeration systems in the plant using SOP's and P&ID's.
You will pass Hazmat Physical and medically clear to wear Emergency Response Equipment.
You will support new equipment installation and equipment rebuilds.
You Have:
4 years' experience (Industrial Utilities Maintenance or Industrial Refrigeration Experience)
PSM Operator 1&2 Certificates or RETA CIRO /CARO Certificates.)
Lift up to 50+ pounds.
Compressed Air system Maintenance Knowledge.
Loss Prevention / Fire Protection System Maintenance knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Boilers Operators licenses,
HAZWHOPPER Trained, HazMat First Responder Certified
AAS Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Technologies, IMMT, Automation Technology
Technical Certificate in Industrial Control Systems, Industrial Electronic Technology
Journeyman Millwright or Electrician
Documented Maintenance training program from previous employer
Support and work cooperatively with production personnel to assure efficient operation of equipment.
Follow and perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment. Create/monitor work orders to allow scheduled repair(s) and parts tracking/availability.
Proficient SAP skills
Read/interpret engineering drawings.
Other tasks as assigned.
