Job Description:
ServiceNow Business Analyst - GenAI
Large Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, Dallas (Plano), Des Moines, Minneapolis, Chandler, New Jersey (Woodbridge), New York (NY)
Hybrid: - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote
Focus: Governance and Processes
Associate - Mid Level
Must Haves:
- 3+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 2+ years experience working on an Agile Delivery Team
- 2+ years experience in an Agile Delivery Tool like JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, or ServiceNow Agile tools (preferably JIRA & Confluence)
Nice to Haves:
- Certified System Admin (CSA) preferred but not required
- Now Assist or Virtual Agent experience preferred but not required
Job Description:
- ServiceNow Administration – Support AI Search including AI tuning
- Track & report on defined value metrics for Gen AI use cases
- Operationalize Governance processes for ServiceNow AI
- Create stories to address friction in governance processes
