Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing systems integrations for small to medium-sized projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing multiple integrated systems and the ability to guide projects from initiation through completion. This role requires someone who can operationalize systems, provide exceptional training, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full life cycle of small to medium-scale projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Oversee the integration and management of multiple systems, coordinating across various departments and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to teams involved in system implementations.
• Ensure seamless system operationalization and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing several integrated systems in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, especially on a large scale.
• Experience with SAP and system operationalization.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and support teams on new system implementations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40/hr to $45/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
