The IT Manager is responsible in assisting Pipe View, LLC Teammates with all technology issues, problems, maintenance, and equipment set up.

Essential Functions

Technical support and technical assistance are the two major responsibilities that you are expected to carry out in this role.
Diagnose and resolve all the issues our Teammates are facing and providing them solutions as quickly as possible.
Answer and fulfill any help desk tickets.
Assist in networking and new device set up (Apple, Microsoft, Mobile, and Desktop).
MDM Software experience a plus.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or associate degree in relevant area preferred.
1-2 years' experience working in the field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office suite required; experience with ARC, GIS, Google Maps, Publisher, AutoCAD preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency is required.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes is required.
Extremely detail-oriented with superior communication skills is required.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Commitment to Pipe View America's core values, mission, and programs is required.

Compensation

$65,000 + annually, based on experience

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Pipe View America is a drug free environment.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role. This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a Full-time position. Days and hours of work are proposed Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must work 34 hours each week.

Travel

This role does require occasional local travel.
