The Internal Consultant II is responsible for the evaluation of business needs to develop new or modified operating methods and systems, analyzing and developing business requirements and recommending cost effective solutions.

What you will do:

  • Work with clients/department management, identify key business issues and recommend action plan.
  • Act as an internal consultant providing guidance on complex analytical projects and planning resources in order to meet project deadlines.
  • Facilitate cross functional teams in designing business solutions.
  • Interface with management at all levels of the company within the scope of assigned project to ensure quality and timeliness of projects.
  • Perform problem analysis and resolution.
  • Collect data and provide analyses for a broad array of issues across disciplines and functional areas.
  • Sole responsibility for medium to large size analytical projects.
  • Evaluate and distill analysis conducted by other departments and/or outside consultants.
  • Develop and utilize data gathering tools.
  • Extract data for analysis and interpretation.
  • Structure and execute analysis independently.
  • Prepare preliminary interpretation of analysis for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
  • Prepare reports synthesizing results and outlining business cases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years’ work experience (Required).
  • Five (5) years of experience in consulting, or analytical business experience (Required).
  • MBA
  • Tableau/SQL experience.
  • Healthcare experience.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range:

$67,800.00 - $98,400.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$67,800.00 - $112,200.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
