In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions.
Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions in Huntsville, AL is searching for an Integrated Test Engineering Lead. Are you an experienced Electrical, Software or Test Design Engineer with 6+ years of experience looking for the next step to grow your career? Do you want to design and develop test solutions and/or write test software that is mission critical and be a part of a greater cause? Then, help us protect those that protect us by developing production test stands for precision strike programs. We need your talent, motivation, and vision to join our Huntsville, AL based team.
When you become a member of our team, you will work across multiple disciplines and collaborate with Systems, Hardware, Software and Test Engineers to impact all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $102200 - $173700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Integrated Test Engineering Lead
- Project management for test solution projects.
- Leadership, mentorship, team collaboration, and technical interchange with customers.
- Control Account Management
- Factory Support and Troubleshooting
- Cross Discipline Collaboration

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, software or similar engineering discipline.
- Six plus years' of relative work experience in test solution software and hardware integration.
- Possess good communication skills and have ability to lead a project/team.
- Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.
- Experience with factory productions test stands, problem isolation and resolution (debug skills).
- Familiarity with RF, EOIR and/or GPS technology and test instrumentation including network and spectrum analyzers and signal generators desired.
- Fluency with test software such as NI LabWindows CVI, C+ and/or MATLAB a plus.
- Currently have Secret level security clearance.
