- Assist with various repairs, and able to follow instruction.

- Valid Driver's license.
- Work in a team-based environment with a positive attitude & work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push/pull/carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); work with ladders; work from various heights
