BAINBRIDGE ISLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT Human Resources Manager The Bainbridge Island Fire Department has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time, FLSA exempt, salaried position. Salary range is $104,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. This is an on-site position. The Bainbridge Island Fire Department has 50 full-time career firefighter positions, 11 full-time administrative positions and 10 volunteer firefighters. The Department has grown significantly over the past 15 years, as has the need for professional HR expertise. The HR Manager serves as the primary HR professional responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of human resource management for the Department. The successful candidate must have a BA/BS degree or higher in applicable field, with seven or more years experience with progressive HR support responsibilities and proven staffing experience.
