Head of International Marketing

Position Overview

Our media and lifestyle client is looking for a full time, direct hire Head of International Marketing to join their team. 

This opportunity will be fully onsite at a solar-powered campus with outdoor hiking trails, an onsite cafe, Olympic sided gym, onsite and yoga and more in Louisville, CO. 

Key Responsibilities

• Owns marketing execution for content in the Spanish, French and German offerings. Fluency in one of these three languages highly preferred
• Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies to enhance brand presence 
• Lead the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns and localization strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive growth hacking initiatives and optimize performance.
• Manage and mentor the international marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversees the implementation of digital marketing tactics, with internal team and external agencies, including media, email, SEO/SEM and influencer partnerships to drive audience engagement.
• Oversee performance management for all marketing activities, ensuring KPIs are met and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in international marketing or a related field.
• Experience overseeing budgets of $1m+ a month
• Familiar with international, localization consumer behavior, and trends in conscious media consumption
• Experience with digital marketing platforms - Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. 
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information using data and insights
• Experience with D2C subscription and or streaming services
• An interest in the metaphysical, spiritual growth, mindfulness, the unexplained and more a MUST!
