Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Global Delivery Leader to oversee the delivery of marketing operations services to our clients worldwide. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketing professionals, develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and drive process improvements to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of services.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions.
4. Drive process improvements, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Ensure high-quality delivery of marketing services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
6. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.
7. Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

*Requirements:*

1. 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a BPO setting.
2. Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading global teams.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
6. Strong analytical and project management skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
2. Certification in marketing or a related field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
3. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
