Job Title: Framework and Qualification Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Framework and Qualification Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized expertise to develop and implement recommendations and materials supporting the DoD Cyber Workforce framework. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Framework Development: Create and refine recommendations and materials to support the effective implementation of the DoD Cyber Workforce framework.
Reporting Framework Creation: Develop the CES Reporting Framework for comprehensive reporting at the DoD and Component levels, ensuring alignment with requirements for Congress, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Department of Defense (DoD), the DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO), and other relevant stakeholders.
Policy and Guidance Development: Leverage industry, federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community (IC) best practices to formulate the DoD Program Evaluation policy. Create and maintain supplemental guidance materials to ensure effective program evaluation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic frameworks to enhance the DoD Cyber Workforce.
- Develop and manage reporting systems and frameworks for various stakeholders.
- Analyze and integrate best practices from industry and government sources to inform policy and guidance development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with federal and departmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Administration).
- Proven experience in framework development, policy creation, and reporting within a federal or defense context.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD, federal regulations, and best practices in cybersecurity and workforce management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
