Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring a Financial Business Analyst for one of our largest Financial Clients.
Apex does not support C2C hiring.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Interview Process: Will interview with at least 2 people via webex
Project Details: Will be DMTEA POC for Associate Investment Monitoring (AIM) activities
Required Skills:
Prior business support experience preferred. Looking for strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail. Should possess the Ability to break down complex issues and drive timely decisions, know when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently. Must possess strong, executive level written and verbal communication skills and executive presence. Should have advanced level MS office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be a self-starter, quick learner and have excellent time management skills. Must be able to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency. Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations. Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/@responsibilities. Must be able to interact and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills ability to juggle competing priorities and excel in a busy environment.
Position Summary: This role provides business support for the Data Management Technology (DMT) organization. DMT has a footprint in multiple US markets and India and employs close to 1,000 employees and contractors. The DMT COO team is responsible for running the business of technology for the Technology Executive and their team including financial management, workforce & location strategy, and Executive Support while also maintaining close connectivity with HR, Finance & Risk partners.
