Seeking a dynamic individual to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the Vice President and several Director Level
Candidate will need to have:
- Ten or more years of work experience.
- Experience in executive administrative assistance.
- Experience in Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow-up on all issues and correspondence.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
