A health and wellness/nutrition company is seeking an Email / Marketing Coordinator to work with its team. This is a 20-hour/week, ongoing, contract opportunity. The role requires you to be onsite in West LA as needed (likely a few times/month). MUST HAVES:- 1+ years of relevant experience- Experience in supplements, nutrition, or health + wellness- Proficiency in Klaviyo- Strong passion, eagerness, and willingness to grow and be a part of a team- A creative eye- Own computer and programsWHAT YOU'LL DO:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and support marketing initiatives, including coordination and distribution of freelance assignments to outside vendors- Source additional images to be posted alongside digital marketing collateral- Execute B2B email marketing campaigns within Klaviyo including email creation, list segmentation, reporting, and more- Ability to build basic-level presentation decks for internal use/distribution- Additional duties as assignedNICE TO HAVES:- Proficiency in Canva, Canva, Shopify, and SlackReply with your resume and top 3 reasons you're a good match for this role.
