Summary:
Oversee all aspects of Korean Player Development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the player development strategies and activities specific to the Korean market.
- Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Fantasy Springs Resort Casino their choice for gaming entertainment.
- Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to other team members in order to provide superior guest service.
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Korean-speaking guests coordinating events and creating personalized gaming experiences to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma/GED/College Degree.
- Fluency in Korean and English, read and write required
- Five to seven years of prior experience in player development or a similar role within the casino industry.
- Strong knowledge of Korean culture and customs
- Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
