Strickler Insurance Agency is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and enhance daily operations. This role will partner closely with the company owner and play a critical role in driving the agency's operational excellence, team development, and strategic growth. The Director of Operations will oversee functions including human resources, IT, finance, marketing, and facilities management, while also advancing tactical initiatives and supporting our customer-first culture. A successful track record of developing team members and the ability to strengthen and live out company values are essential to the role. Director of Operations Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required; Advanced degree or continuing education, a plus
- Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience with the ability to influence and develop teams
- Experience in the insurance industry and/or experience in a highly regulated environment, strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite, required. CRM Software experience, desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated community involvement, desired
