Director of Health Quality and Equity - CBHC

We are seeking a Director of Health Quality and Equity in our BHS Division!
The Director of Health Quality and Equity (HQE) partners closely with CBHC Site Directors for all components, CBHC Senior Directors, and the Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health Services (AVP of BHS). Tasks including supporting CBHC quality and equity project planning, execute CBHC quality and equity programming deliverables, build and enhance partnerships to further health equity, and partner with CBHC programs to close equity gaps revealed through data analysis. The Director of HQE utilizes quantitative and qualitative data to analyze CBHC performance and to improve outcomes in access to care and quality of care standards. The Director adopts and supports a culture of continuous quality improvement in which designing, testing, and monitoring interventions leads to measurable improvement. The ideal candidate has experience with high level involvement around monitoring and compliance with quality benchmarks of success, and value-based care.
Pay Rate: $85,000/salaried
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills
- Oriented toward recovery-based/rehabilitative language and practice
- Have experience utilizing EMR/EHRs, and preparing reports in a format easily understood by target audiences
- Advanced computer skills including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point and Publisher) required
- Experience with program development and project management strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Skilled in engaging audiences when training and/or public speaking
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local travel required
Required Experience
- Master’s degree in public health, Social Work, or related discipline required
- Independent Licensure is preferred
- At least 4 years’ experience in health care and/or human services industries required
- At least 2 years’ experience in quality management, quality improvement, health outcomes, compliance strongly preferred
