Leading retail company is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights.

MUST HAVES:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid media, lead generation and performance marketing
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns with a focus on driving leads at targeted CPLs in a multi-location environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and develop detailed forecasts and budgets
- Deep expertise in paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Networks, etc.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and CRM systems
- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills, must be highly organized and detail oriented

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused solely on paid media channels to drive lead generation
- Set and manage detailed monthly budgets and CPL goals
- Forecast lead generation performance, presenting projections, budgets, and strategies to senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing team
- Continuously analyze and optimize paid media campaigns
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to paid media campaigns
- Develop and maintain a strong communication loop with leadership and key stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, paid media innovations, and emerging platforms to ensure competitive advantage and continuously improve paid digital marketing efforts
