Position Overview
The Digital System Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of design systems within the organization, focusing on Figma as the primary tool. They are looking for a Figma power user! This role aims to ensure efficient file management, uphold component libraries, and enhance the overall health of digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Figma files and component libraries to ensure consistency and quality across design projects.
• Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to facilitate easy access and organization of design assets.
• Collaborate with design teams to create and implement new components and modules within the Figma environment.
• Monitor system health and optimize the use of Figma features and variables to enhance design processes.
• Develop and enforce color usage guidelines and best practices for typography within UI components.
• Create component templates and prescriptive solutions to streamline design workflows and improve usability.
• Facilitate workshops to educate and engage team members on design system principles and Figma functionalities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with design objectives and usability improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma and extensive experience in managing Figma files and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and file organization.
• Experience as a primary individual contributor in design systems or UI component development.
• Familiarity with Figma's advanced features including variables, color management, and text systems.
• Proven track record in data visualization and creating effective component templates.
• Excellent facilitation and team collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions focused on design systems.
