Our pharma client is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join their team for the next 12 months, potential to extend. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Mettawa, IL, 2 days are work from home.
Must Have Skills:
Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Communication Coordination: Experience in coordinating and sending communications for international teams to affiliates using email tools.
SharePoint O365 Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint O365.
Deadline Management and Multitasking: Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player and Problem Solver: Motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers on the digital execution of all Commercial Operations intranet activities. Establish and maintain professional and productive working relationships with stakeholders, including International Marketing, IT, Customer Excellence, Public Affairs, External Agencies, Regulatory, and Compliance.
Gather requirements, oversee creation, implementation, programming, and maintenance of internal web applications.
Ensure internal websites are up-to-date and current through frequent team interface.
Manage SharePoint site content, including uploading spotlight stories, brand resources, calendar events, and documents.
Coordinate and execute communications from international brand teams to affiliates using tools like Staffbase.
Compile metric reports for communication open rates and website visitor statistics.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Internal Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
Effective analytical, tactical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask.
Supportive and positive attitude.
Experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint O365.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field required.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
