Job Description:
DevOps Engineer
Location: Aurora, CO or King of Prussia, PA
Position Overview:
This position is for an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. We welcome applicants at varying experience levels.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that is able to come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have an understanding of IaC, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
- Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Experience knowing how to deploy/troubleshoot in Cloud Environments (prefer AWS) and instances, understands networking, and best practices
- Experience navigating Linux systems
- Experience with provisioning Kubernetes clusters (RKE, EKS, etc)
- Experience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters
- Fully adjudicated CI Polygraph
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
- Experience with Automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with application and OS level security (ie; remediating Nessus scan results)
- Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality

While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
