Full Job Description
Our health & wellness client is hiring a Database Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role, onsite 3x a week in Scottsdale, AZ with the option to work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This role is 40 hours per week, ongoing, with the chance to convert to full-time employment down the road for the right fit!
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for developing strategies and implementing programs to activate, engage, retain, cross-sell and increase customers
- Develop end to end promotional and lifecycle-based communications programs for various customer segments across email and mobile, and assess and optimize performance
- Run operations of the database marketing team
- Implement life-cycle strategies, marketing automation, user segmentation/scoring, surveys, and leveraging dynamic/triggered messaging to optimize campaign responsiveness
- Support content management strategy to include inventory of current assets, mapping those to appropriate buyer personas and stage in buying journey, and identification of gaps in available content and sales tools
- Develop and manage a dynamic campaign calendar, calendar time lines, and calendar prioritization all based upon approvals, key dates, and channel best practices
- Execute A/B split test, audience splits, dynamic personalization, campaign attribution, email marketing tests, and leverage other testing results (web) to identify optimal messaging, design, cadence, etc. for our target audience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on email, lifecycle, marketing automation or CRM marketing experience
- Experience in campaign and journey development, dynamic contents and personalization in email and SMS platforms
- 2+ years' experience leading teams
- MLM / network marketing experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Dotdigital, HubSpot or Salesforce
- Knowledgeable using Workfront or similar project management software
- Adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects
- Excellent time management and communications skills
