We are looking for a talented and results-driven Data Analyst / Product Insights Developer for global retail client. This role will involve designing, developing, and programming systems to consolidate and analyze both structured and unstructured “big data” sources, ultimately generating actionable insights to enhance client services and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to integrate diverse data sources for analysis.
- Product Development: Build “products” for data analysis and experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product and service teams to identify key questions and issues for data analysis and experimentation.
- Software Development: Develop and code software programs and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Insight Generation: Analyze large data sets to identify meaningful insights, interpreting and communicating findings to product, service, and business managers.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience in data analysis, software development, or product insights.
- OR one of the following alternatives:
- PhD or Law + 3 years of experience
- Master's Degree + 4 years of experience
- Associate's Degree + 6 years of experience
- High School + 7 years of experience
- Must be able to work onsite
- OR one of the following alternatives:
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced AirTable skills, including a deep understanding of SPI AirTable Base
- Tableau experience (a plus)
- MIRO experience (a plus)
- Additional Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Marketing/Presentation-building (Keynote or similar tools)
- Program management skills are highly desired
- Self-starter with a results-driven, outcome-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 – $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
