DTC Company is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to work with their team in a 40 hour/week freelance capacity!

MUST HAVES:
-Hands on experience with Iterable
-5+ years of experience in a hands-on CRM role
-Comfortable as an independent contributor and can write copy + email content
-HTML / CSS knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-support overall CRM strategy by helping to grow personalization capabilities
-support direct response acquired customers through email marketing efforts
-utilize A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous revenue growth
-design and manage workflow automations and continually refine CRM processes

NICE TO HAVES:
-DTC / eCommerce experience
-Ability to work against tight deadlines
-Experience of the fitness / nutrition space
