Our client, an innovative online publisher, is seeking a Content Performance Strategist / Copywriter to join their team.

This position will be onsite in their San Francisco office, Monday - Friday.

As a Content Performance Strategist / Copywriter you will be responsible for:
- Reading books/watching series that are heavily focused in romance, identifying key sales strategies, and translating into creative briefs
- Partnering with the team to brainstorm, optimize and provide creative direction based on best practices, and competitive trends
- Working closely with the internal Paid Team to test concepts, a/b testing, and more!
- Story tell and compile findings on assigned stories and work with Content team to optimize content
- Ideating and briefing new creatives on story and brand level
- Overseeing creative production lifecycle of respective briefs and providing feedback to designers
- Staying on top of trends and competitors' strategy; finding the next breakout format and/or platform
- Writing Creative Briefs and working directly with Creative Service team in developing ad concepts
- Building a pipeline of creatives that align with key marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in leading creative strategy for paid marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing user acquisition (UA) campaigns on mobile and desktop; expertise in working with new social platforms and Influencers is a plus
- Experience with PR and brand communications
- Knowledge in pre and post-install UA KPIs
- Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and its relationship to storytelling through ads
-Experience in managing end-to-end creative development with ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to designers and writers
-Track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that have resulted in direct user acquisition and revenue growth
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
