As a Client Services Manager working at Bass Pro Shops' Base Camp, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing high-profile creative projects, collaborating with top-tier marketing and creative teams, and shaping brand experiences that resonate with millions of outdoor enthusiasts. What You'll Do:

  • Be the Bridge: Serve as the main liaison between the Bass Pro Shops Brand Creative team and Quad's internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of large-scale, exciting projects that bring the brand's vision to life.
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: From concept to completion, you'll manage multi-channel campaigns-across print, digital, photography/videography, and in-store signage-that reach Bass Pro's loyal customer base.
  • Own the Strategy: Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director to develop strategic objectives, craft creative briefs, and set project goals, driving meaningful results for the brand.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with client brand and marketing teams, and Quad's creative minds, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations and delivers on Bass Pro's brand promise.
  • Drive Client Success: Foster long-term, growth-oriented partnerships by anticipating client needs, proactively improving processes, and ensuring timely, flawless execution of all deliverables.
  • Champion Excellence: Monitor quality and performance, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of creativity, strategy, and execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Leader: You've got 6+ years of experience managing client relationships and leading projects in an agency or internal creative department, with a focus on retail or corporate marketing.
  • Strategic Mindset: You're adept at translating client goals into actionable plans, developing briefs, and managing resources for maximum impact.
  • Master Communicator: With your strong verbal and written communication skills, you'll effectively align both clients and internal teams around a shared vision.
  • Team Player: You have a knack for fostering collaboration and teamwork across multiple departments, driving results while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Creative & Analytical: You bring a balanced approach to problem-solving, always ready to adapt, optimize, and innovate to meet evolving project needs.
