Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for cultivating client relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking several Client Partners to join our team and play a pivotal role in selling innovative solutions to Small to Mid-Market Businesses (SMBs) within specific industries such as:
• FinTech
• Asset Management
As a Client Partner, you will be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, fostering innovation, and ensuring that our clients' business goals are met within a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts. Key responsibilities and functions include:
• Generate opportunities through robust storytelling and consultative sales, engaging all buying levels within a client and showcasing our competitive advantages.
• Create and implement an effective strategy to break into cold accounts.
• Develop and nurture effective consultative relationships with key client stakeholders, including Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Procurement, Human Resources, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Supplier Diversity.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft compelling sales strategies and proposals tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate the negotiation process with new clients, ensuring alignment on expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client RFIs & RFPs, showcasing our suite of services.
• Partner effectively with Practice Leaders, Service/Delivery Leaders, and Sales Enablement for seamless collaboration in talent identification, service delivery, and robust content solutions.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of workforce solutions sales experience, preferably in the SMB space.
• Experience in digital creative and/or marketing fields is a plus.
• Proven success in generating greater than $3million+ in new opportunities annually across multiple products.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills, excellent troubleshooting and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach IO and/or Seamless AI preferred.
• Interpersonal competencies: growth mindset, adaptability, persuasion, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, critical thinking, curiosity, and empathy.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and is only part of your total comp/OTE.
