The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm.
This opportunity is based out of the NJM Hammonton, NJ office.
Job Responsibilities
Answer calls from internal and external customers using excellent customer service skills and provide accurate information.
Process incoming First reports of accident via telephone, email and fax accurately and expeditiously.
Providing excellent customer service to all callers by demonstrating professional courtesy, conveying empathy, and actively listening to all questions and concerns.
Assisting the caller with their inquiries in an accurate, efficient, and comprehensive manner while striving for first call resolution.
Screening all calls and deciding what can be handled at the CIS level and transfer calls when appropriate to the right personnel.
Accurately complete authorization requests, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Complete callbacks in a timely manner, documenting calls and results in computer correspondence.
Navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously to access and document appropriate information.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail
Excellent customer service and phone manners
Data entry skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software programs including Outlook and Word
Salary: $38,000 - 45,000 annually. Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
