The Billing Administrator is responsible for completing daily billing for multiple service departments. The Billing Administrator will partner with internal and external customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through account updates. General Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with Billing Administrators daily, dividing workload to complete all necessary billing. Communicate daily with applicable CSC service leadership (directly and via work order status) about work orders that could not be invoiced and root cause Participate in Kaizen events specific to service billing which helps to increase efficiency and improve customer experience. Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling’s philosophies, vision, strategies and value of “Doing the Right Thing”; Promote the TLM “Toyota Lean Management” philosophy Educational/Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two or more years of customer service or administrative experience, and display proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Billing Administrator should be detail oriented and highly organized to customers, sales team, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization’s values by maintaining confidential data utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information. The ProLift Team
