The Angular Components Lead will spearhead the development of reusable, robust, and scalable Angular components across our suite of web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the Angular framework, exceptional coding skills, and a proven track record in leading development teams towards achieving enterprise milestones with efficiency and best practices in mind.

Skills and Competencies:

7+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on Angular.
Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Nice to have experience building NestJS REST APIs

Nice to have experience leading or managing development teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement high-quality Angular components with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability.
Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews, following best practices, and integrating testing methodologies into the development process.
Work closely with the product management team to define feature specifications, timelines, and resource allocation.
Stay abreast of new Angular features and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance productivity and the user experience.
Act as a key stakeholder in architectural and strategic discussions, advocating for solutions that align with the enterprise goals and long-term vision.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$134,800.00 - [[$195,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
