REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's in STEM and 3 years of prior relevant experience
* Experience with Postgres and SQL databases to be able to make complex queries to extract information
* Knowledge in scripting languages to include bash, perl, python and ability to query Oracle DB via sql and MongoDB
* Experience supporting development and system integration of a software-based system in a DevSecOps environment, including:
* Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
* Experience communicating execution status against technical requirements
* Active and transferrable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI with SSBI Poly security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team onsite in Richardson, Texas as an Automation Test Engineer. In this role you will develop, implement, and maintain a test automation strategy.

What You Will Do
* Analyze the current regression tests that exist and develop a way to increase test automation in executing regression tests nightly
* Take existing capability sell-off manual tests that have been executed previously and add relevant pieces to the nightly regression tests that are not currently covered
* Perform routine Integration, Verification, & Test (IV&T) tasks to contribute to execution of PI objectives to test system capabilities

Qualifications We Prefer
* Systems Engineering (SE) or Test Execution (TE) experience on a large government software development contract
* Experience with SE process development and deployment
* Experience with configuration management concepts and tools
* Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber would be preferred
* Security + Certification
