About the Position:
The Associate serves as a support role with client-facing accounts, leading training and material management, reporting, and any additional project support required by the account. Strives to support the Project Manager and Director by taking on key initiatives with little direction, in addition to the day-to-day tasks with an eye on streamlining processes and displaying the highest level of client service, all while developing a deep understanding of the network(s) the role supports.

Execute programs and projects as assigned or as identified

Supports Project Manager and Director in internal and client-facing meetings and discussions, by capturing meeting summaries, action items and disseminating them to the appropriate parties.

Populate client-aligned dashboards for accounts, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly. Conduct analysis on data population and surface any findings with the Project Manager

Assist Project Manager or Director with data collection, analysis, and research needs to support account innovations, enhancements, and demonstrating our value

Responsible to drive assigned projects forward, on key initiatives, to execute on program deliverables; presenting information rooted in research and rationale, accepting feedback, and gaining alignment to completion

Responsible for the content and material development and ongoing management of materials used for the account; including coordinating with cross-functional partners and third-party vendors, drafting content, managing timelines, submitting materials in client review process, updating with feedback and seeing materials through final approval

Support Project Manager during implementation of new program and enhancement launches, continuously updating project management tools, scheduling internal and external meetings

Partner with internal Momentum Life Sciences training team and clinical trainers to communicate upcoming training needs, ensuring timelines are met, materials are provided, and training is executed at the highest level.

Execute on required program monitoring activities

Troubleshoot challenges reported by nurse educators with appropriate internal and external resources

Cross functional collaboration on projects

Create efficiencies in processes by identifying opportunities to streamline work and ensuring their effectiveness

Required Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a Business or related field with 0-2 years of experience

Working Conditions:
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.
Anticipated Salary Range: $50-60K Annually
Momentum Life Sciences anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $50-60k annually, and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications, including education, experience, and competency for the role. Some roles may include car allowance and eligibility to earn targeted bonus based on company or individual performance.
