Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

C4ISR:In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

Operations: Our Operations employees turn innovative engineering designs into real solutions to meet our customers' needs. Utilize production work orders, documents, drawings, specifications, and written or oral instructions to perform tasks necessary to meet production requirements.Assistant Painter:

Mixes and applies a wide variety of paint finishes such as acrylic, enamel, and rain erosion products to specific thickness and viscosities requiring a moderate knowledge and understanding of their qualities in order to achieve desired effect.Regulates spray gun and monitors spray booth according to temperature and humidity requirements.Detect and report defective equipment, materials, and faulty operations to supervisorMaintain a clean and organized work area.Maintains written and Visual Manufacturing records.Ensures proper surface masking, sanding and preparation.Stencils and silk screens using various techniques and a variety of mixed inks.Maintain spray booths and paint inventory.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
Shift will vary from 7am to 4:30 or 4:00am to 1:30pm

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $49440 - $79080

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
