Full Job Description

As an Assembler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of our industrial automation products. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Danville, KY location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our products, contributing to the success of our industrial automation business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform assembly tasks, such as soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly, according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to product assembly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Ability to read to Blueprints
  • Ability use different hand tools such as Impact Drills, Measuring Tapes, and Socket Wrenches
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Experience with soldering and wiring.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
