RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares basic information gathering as specifically directed.
  • Assists management and staff in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
  • Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents; develops and maintains data.
  • Composes, prepares, or ensures timely responses to a variety of written inquiries.
  • Provides customer service.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITY:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills, Bilingual (English/Spanish).  Communications should be respectful, professional, and polite always.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in same time frame.
  • Must be detail oriented, accurate, and able to follow up on service inquiries until closure and engage in multiple projects. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in related field is preferred.
