Our award winning agency client is looking for an Account Manger to join their close knit company team for an ONSITE (South Broward County) Full-Time position.
The Account Manager manages all creative project deadlines along with placement of all ads in various publications, submission of all print work to various vendors and maintaining a daily report of all projects for the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Liaison between the Agency and Client Partner managing and implementing Design, Print, Media and web related projects.
+ Creates, develops and manages project schedule, task lists, and allocates to schedule Design Team.
+ Coordinate and participation in weekly/daily Internal and Client Team Meetings.
+ Maintain online Project Manager Tool and task calendar.
+ Schedule deployments of eBlasts and online marketing initiatives.
+ Send projects to various vendors, media outlets or designated recipients.
+ Project Management relative to Video, Photography and Special Projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising or related field.
+ Must have 5+ years of Creative Agency environment working with clients in a marketing department or ad agency setting.
+ Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite experience a plus.
+ Must have exceptional communication, organizational and time-management skills.
+ Bi-lingual a Plus. (Spanish & English)
