Legend Biotech is seeking a Temporary IT Support Technician (2 Month Contract) as part of the IT team based in Raritan, NJ.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to assist with a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade project. This is a temporary, 2-month contract role focused on upgrading Lenovo laptops and providing general IT support during the migration process. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with memory installation in Lenovo laptops, a solid understanding of basic computer skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in upgrading Lenovo laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Perform memory (RAM) installations and hardware checks on Lenovo laptops.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the upgrade process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of upgrades and issues encountered.
• Provide end-user support during and after upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow standard procedures and project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Lenovo laptops, especially RAM installation.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible with working hours, including the ability to work different shifts
• This role has first and second shift available: 8 AM-4 PM and 1 PM-9 PM.
