This role will be on the client’s team working on the future of learning and belonging for the UX community. It will be deeply involved in defining how UXers learn independently through courses, how they connect and learn with others through events, and how they find information.

- Synthesize feedback and create concrete, prioritized recommendations on product direction.
- Influence without authority: persuade executive audiences via storytelling, triangulation of insights and program goals.
- Work with UX to develop a backlog of bug and feature requests for existing products, infused with research insights.
Experience:
- Experience executing and shaping research programs in ambiguous spaces with the ability to work independently and across multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep working knowledge and demonstrated practice of research methodologies, their strengths/weaknesses, and when to apply them in the product life cycle
- Excellent track record on working with UX and partner teams.
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- BA/BS degree in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Comfortable with basic quantitative skills to help unpack survey feedback
- Open to learning analytics tools, with the ability to understand trends and identify improvement opportunities.
