• Provides support and assistance to employees handling facility and/or technical responsibilities
• Completes, prioritizes, resolves and/or escalates tactical work, routine problems, complex maintenance, repairs and root cause analysis
• Troubleshoots electronics, voice/data, network, wireless, applicable software applications and workflows
• Assists with creating or updating documentation for procedures and processes relating to maintenance, repair, electronics or IT support
• Coordinates implementation of small to medium sized projects
• Participates and assists in the creation of technical solutions for high level problems
• Assists in developing and implementing process improvements
• Assists in the training of employees and/or external associates
• Assists with all aspects of moves and execution
