As a Senior Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and directing the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.

You will report directly to our Program Controls guide, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projects by ensuring effective program controls and providing insights and recommendations to optimize project performance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Guide the program controls function for projects and programs
* Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
* Monitor and control project costs and budgets
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
* Ensure compliance with Honeywell policies, project management standards and best practices

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

* Experience with project planning and scheduling tools

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Master's degree in engineering, Business, or related field

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
