As a Senior Facility Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing facility projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Real Estate Leader and you'll work out of our designated location in either our Plymouth, MN or Broomfield, CO site. This position will require a combination of on-site and remote work, depending on the project requirements.

In this role, you will have a comprehensive impact, encompassing efficient project execution, team leadership, project planning and strategy, quality assurance, risk management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization, issue resolution, data analysis, mentoring and development, compliance, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer satisfaction. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market. You will play a significant role in developing ACST facilities prioritization and strategy across real estate portfolio among cross functional leaders to through project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $92,000.00 - $115,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage facility projects from initiation to closure.
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
* Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate project team members and stakeholders.
* Provide guidance and support to project management professionals.
* Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
* Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

  • Develop and maintain project management skills and training matrices.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles.
* Demonstrated experience in a lead project management role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
