As a Sr Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our Plymouth, MN location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our team by providing exceptional administrative support. Your ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities will contribute to the success of our team.
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $60,700.00 - $75,800.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is overtime eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requisitioning forindirect purchasing/ordering using in-house software to process information into SAP
- Ordering departmental supplies, equipment and tools as required via purchase requisition forms,electronic formsand/or company card
- Acting as site support leader for various activities associated with customers, operations, and business leaders
- Preparing, maintaining, distributing, and filing various site records, correspondence and reports, and procedures
- Supporting HR activities and coordinating all new employee on-boarding activities
- Providing superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to make most of their time
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities (meetings, catering, travel, office equipment,document control)
- Participating in business process and site operations improvement initiatives
- Managing ad hoc projects and requests for the site and business
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma/GED
- 7 years of experience as an administrative assistant, business support specialist, or procurement support specialist
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
