Help The Journal Times, a division of Lee Enterprises, captivate and engage audiences by joining our staff as a sports reporter.
We are looking for an ambitious reporter with a passion for examining trends and issues involving high school while aggressively seeking to break news.
The job will be based out of our Racine, Wisconsin, office, which is located three blocks from Lake Michigan. There are two beaches in town plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy year round. Chicago is less than two hours away and Milwaukee is a short drive if you want to explore bigger cities.
You will be part of a regional sports team that encourages creativity and experimentation in how we tell stories, and there will be ample opportunities to collaborate with colleagues on ideas that interest you.
We want to empower you to tell great stories using words, video, audio, graphics and images while ensuring all our stories have the greatest potential to connect with our readers.
