Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Manager to lead our Small and Medium Business team within the Midmarket organization. Your mission is to guide a team of junior sales representatives to surpass sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will create and implement effective sales strategies, mentor your team, and nurture a high-performance sales culture. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure our sales objectives align with our overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of junior sales representatives to meet sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Provide coaching and mentorship to foster a high-performance sales culture. Collaborate with marketing and operations to synchronize sales goals with business objectives. Conduct monthly and quarterly sales training and coaching sessions. Promote and drive the adoption of key sales initiatives and company priorities. Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Sales Operations and Performance: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision-making. Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. Identify and implement process improvements to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction. Leadership Experience: Lead and motivate your team, offering guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment with a customer-centric focus. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive decision-making. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications and Skills: 8+ years of proven success in sales, particularly in software, SaaS, or CCaaS. 1-3 years of experience leading and managing teams; formal management experience is a plus. Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is advantageous. Strong abilities in mentoring, developing, and coaching sales representatives. Analytical and data-driven approach, using various data sources for decision-making. Experience in driving sales growth and securing new business. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus. Willingness to travel 30-40%.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
