As a Senior Manager - Corporate Business Analysis and Planning here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support business decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in leading the financial modeling workstream for the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP) processes. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. As a Senior Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights. You will also support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities. You will report directly to our Sr. Director, BAP and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health and strategic direction of our company, contributing to sustainable growth and ensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. You will be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Develop and execute business plans, forecasts, and financial models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
- Build Executive-level presentations decks to facilitate the communication of Honeywell financial performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of business analysis and planning activities.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
